Adopt the remote LumaDesignSystem redesign as the base and port back player
optimizations: real-time network speed (SpeedMonitor + onBandwidthEstimate,
900ms refresh), LoadControl buffering (100MB/600s/70% refill trigger, fixes OOM),
cache progress in LumaSeekBar (new bufferedValue/bufferColor), long-press 2x
speed with a capsule indicator, and a top status bar (time/network/battery).
