arpi ae8ff3e445 use dir/libname.a instead of -Ldir -lname ...

partially done by "Steven M. Schultz" <[email protected]>
Note: some entries (libmpdvdkit, libdha) left unchanged as they may be
dynamic and not shipped with mplayer.
