Kacper Michajłow 5f19209953 stream_bluray: use 1-based angle, same as in DVD ...

Internally the angle stays 0-based (matching the libbluray API), only
the user-visible option/property values are 1-based. BD_EVENT_ANGLE
delivers a 1-based value and is converted on arrival.
