kraymer 8db3c2117f 1.230: Convert fullscreen, panscan, color controls, ontop, rootwin, ...

border, framedrop and vsync to properties. Also add a couple
       of video related properties like width, height, etc.
+ small change for MSGTR_OSDSpeed
