Bind Shift+LEFT, Shift+RIGHT, Shift+WHEEL_DOWN, Shift+WHEEL_UP,
WHEEL_LEFT, WHEEL_RIGHT to scroll the menu horizontally.

This lets you see long items that get clipped, like long history entries
and key bindings.
