Dudemanguy 199a7ebcd9 client API: also export mpv_stream_cb_add_ro ...

20c4036daa switched to hiding all symbols
by default and exporting the ones we want with MPV_EXPORT.
However, the mpv_stream_cb_add_ro function was missed and it is part of
the client API. Export it too. Fixes #9971.
